What’s the first thing you head for when you get to a holiday party? Most people grab a drink, like a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic cocktail, then head to the appetizer table and happily dive into the cheese board. A staple on that holiday cheese board is often Brie, the soft, creamy cheese with a mild buttery flavor.

It seems like there can’t be a holiday cheese board without a wedge of Brie on it, and Baskin-Robbins has taken its inspiration for November’s ice cream flavor of the month from the super popular cheese, along with some other treats you might find on alongside the Brie.

If you usually start your holiday shindig with a cheese board, Baskin-Robbins' new, unexpected flavor of the month may be the perfect dessert to finish the evening.

Baskin-Robbins’ New Brie My Guest Ice Cream

Brie My Guest truly is an unexpected combination, with the flavors of Brie and Burrata, mixed with almond pieces, pistachio pieces, and apricot swirls—all things you may find on a holiday cheese board. It’s a mix of savory, tangy, sweet, and crunchy.

If you’re worried this new ice cream will take the place of Baskin-Robbins' iconic Turkey Cake, don’t be. The cake that looks like a turkey and is made with your choice of ice cream (with ice cream cones for the drumsticks) is back this year. Guests can pre-order a Turkey Cake from Nov. 1-15  and receive $5 off their order through the B-R app, website, or in-store, and pick up their order on their preferred celebration date.

Not sure whether you want to serve the new Brie My Guest ice cream or the Turkey Cake for dessert? There’s no law that says you can’t walk away from the ice cream shop with a turkey-shaped ice cream cake and a frozen treat that tastes like Brie and Burrata. It’s the holidays. Feel free to have your cake and eat your ice cream, too.
